Carol is blessed with a daughter with Down Syndrome which led to her calling and passion to advocate for and work with adults with Special Needs and Developmental Disabilities. Her heart, dedication and extensive knowledge in this field make her an angel to the clients we serve. She has 30 years experience both personally and professionally and has held volunteer positions with DSACO, Miracle League, Canine Companions for Independence and many others!
Arthur Marks, Program Managing Director
Arthur’s experience ranges from a career on Broadway to social work! Having family with Developmental Disabilities, he brings both personal and professional experience to our team. The compassion he shows and the way he interacts with our clients is truly remarkable. A golden heart coupled with perfect comedic timing, Arthur keeps us engaged and entertained!
