Carol Peifer, Owner

Carol is blessed with a daughter with Down Syndrome which led to her calling and passion to advocate for and work with adults with Special Needs and Developmental Disabilities.  Her heart, dedication and extensive knowledge in this field make her an angel to the clients we serve.  She has 30 years experience both personally and professionally and has held volunteer positions with DSACO, Miracle League, Canine Companions for Independence and many others!

Arthur Marks, Program Managing Director

Arthur’s experience ranges from a career on Broadway to social work! Having family with Developmental Disabilities, he brings both personal and professional experience to our team. The compassion he shows and the way he interacts with our clients is truly remarkable.  A golden heart  coupled with perfect comedic timing, Arthur keeps us engaged and entertained!

Chris Smith, Direct Support Professional

Chris provides office support as well as hands on care when assistance is needed with activities and outings.  She brings heart as well as 24 years experience working in the field of DD/Special Needs.  She loves the challenges and rewards that come with working with “individuals that deserve the very best in life”.

Chymaya Jones, Administative Assistant and Billing Specialist

Chymaya provides both office and activities assistance.  Her personality, skill set and compassion all make her a gem!
